Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the continental United States.  We do not ship overseas at this time.

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.  Most orders ship the next business day if the order is placed before 5 pm EST.

Items on backorder require a 3-5 day processing time prior to shipment.  Customers will receive a notification via the email used at checkout when orders are shipped.

We begin to process orders as soon as they are received.  We are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed.  You may cancel your order entirely if you notify us immediately after placing the order, and before the order has shipped, via the Contact Us form or by email to info@309designs.com with the words ‘Cancel Order’ in the subject line.  We are unable to cancel orders after they have shipped.

All sales are final. However, should you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

If you have an issue with an order, please submit your notice in writing to info@309designs.com or via the form on our Contact page within 10 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, along with clear photos and a description of the issue.  Upon receipt, we will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, whether it be a refund or replacement.  We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to refuse any refund or exchange request.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure your shopping experience with us is a positive one.

 

Orders are shipped and tracked through selected mail carriers, typically USPS or UPS.  We provide customers with notification of order receipt, order shipment date, and any order tracking information received from the mail carrier.  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  309 Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not reimburse or replace lost or stolen items.  Claims for missing packages can be filed directly with the mail carrier.
