Our handmade products are duplicated by hand and may have minor design variations that are usually only noticed by the designer.   309 Designs is not responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your computer or phone screen, as screens may display color and shades differently. If you have any questions about a product’s attributes that are not answered within the product description, please contact us.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require payment at checkout. Items will ship as soon as they become available and are typically in stock within 3-5 days of your order date. If your order contains an item that is not on pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. If, on the unlikely occasion, you have not received a shipping notification of an order containing a pre-order item within 5 days of the order date please contact us for assistance.

Custom Design Requests

Requests for custom wreath designs require a deposit and may be made here.

From time to time we may host contests or promotions that offer free or discounted products.  Unless otherwise specified, these promotions are solely sponsored by 309 Designs and not sponsored, endorsed, administered or otherwise affiliated with any other entity, including any social media platforms on which they are advertised.  Our promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.  No purchase is necessary for participation in our giveaways.  By participating in our contests, each participant and winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against the contest’s sponsor and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of/participation in the contest or from the award, receipt and/or use of misuse of any prize.  By entering our contests, participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal state courts of Georgia and waive the right to have disputes arising out of our contests adjudicated in any other forum.  In no event will the participant be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief of any kind, or restrain the continuation of any contest.
